Flour And Salt Reviews
We have eaten at Flour Salt probably twice a year for four years, and have had take away many times. It is the consistency in the quality of the meals and the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. We had dinner there recently and once again, it delivered. My husband is a coeliac so we ordered the gluten free Garlic Pizza and Penne Ragu, with broccolini and fries on the side. The pizza is so good, we always have that are you sure this is gluten free? moment. The ragu was the perfect amount of sauce to pasta, and the meat was so tender. Again, the gluten free pasta was delicious. The house made chilli oil and parmesan that they place on each table is such a nice touch and tastes great. To top it off, the staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient the waitress recognised us from our visit mid last year and welcomed us back! The atmosphere can be a little bit loud, from the music to the chatty patrons, but certainly not overwhelming enough to ruin the experience. Just be mindful if you are hard of hearing that it may be tricky to converse. Overall a great restaurant that we will continue to visit.
Was a had to have as the owner Michael is a great man. The food here as absolutely amazing. I grabbed the fusilli con pollo e avocado and OMG this is one of the best pastas Ive ever eaten. Great sized portion, fresh and tasty ingredients. Very authentic food and tastes. Definitely on top of my go to for food places. Plus discounted take away dishes. The place smelt amazing, cant wait to have a dine in experience soon. Thanks Flour Salt. I will be back and Ill be letting everyone and anyone about your fantastic establishment. Yummy yum yum. 4 days later an been back already as I couldnt wait for more. I tried pizza this time and was even more bewildered by the sensation of this food. My go to place in the heart of Fairfield. I come here when I want to feel like home. Whether I having quality me time or want to come with a friend or two, Flour and Salt always brightens my day. Great traditional Italian by thoughtful innovative chefs, fantastic service and cozy ambiance under the eyes of a quality driven owner. Highly highly recommended!
We had dinner on Sunday night with a group of six. The food was tasteful, staff attentive and great value for money. We always look forward to coming here to eat and we are never disappointed. Michael the owner and his staff are fantastic. Look forward to our next amazing meal.
Menu is really extensive and super delicious. Specials also available, friendly waitstaff and owner. Has take away as an option for cheaper pricing if you dont want to eat in restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating available Only criticism is having the cooking in the main area in the open makes it really loud inside by default
